Some Sky

Does it look like quarreling clouds to you? Or at least, someone’s getting or giving a lecture or maybe even a reprimand.

I am so unproductive today. I have the attention span of a gnat. I think I need more shelves for my books, or it’s time I give some away. Like I said, I cannot make up my mind.

Photohunt: Sports

My kids takes Martial arts. I can see they’re getting better, when they’re in class. They fight well and all that. I never see them practicing at home though, so I’m not sure about that. I played with this picture in picnik. I did a pencil draw and added more color.  This is my eldest daughter and my eldest son (there’s 4).

This Lovely Weather

My husband took this picture of us at my sister’s Jewish wedding. I have no idea why I made a digi-scrap out of it, but there it is.

I had a scare. I get this awful pain right on my C-section stitches. There’s 3 lumpy things growing out of it. So, when it was just too painful to do anything, I called a gynecologist for a consult. I have to go back twice. In the meantime, I was really worried if I should go to the doctor, or increase my life insurance. I went to the doctor anyway because my husband really wanted me to go. It’s not easy to have to go and find another wife, especially since we have five children into the bargain.

So, tittering on my 3-inch heels, I went to the doctor. It was actually less painful to walk in heels since I have to contract my abdominal muscles while walking. They stuck a needle in the lumps, felts it, squeeze it, and all these things. The verdict? Endometriosis. The short of it is, it’s uterine cells growing somewhere else. So, being uterine (as in uterus in origin), it would react to my hormonal surge during my period. It’s not fatal, it’s just painful. Now, I have to take birth control pills, even when I don’t have a function fallopian tube. It’s to help with the pain.

I’m glad that I’m fine. So, that’s what keeping me busy. That and the surge of runny nose between five children sprinkled with occasional coughing and sneezing.

L is for…

This lizard outside my kitchen window. This is my abc Wednesday for today.  I don’t know why I went out of my house so early, but so glad to see this lizard.
